Depth psychotherapy for the South Sound.
For Tacoma, Olympia, Lakewood, and South Sound clients seeking depth-oriented therapy without the drive to Seattle.
Finding a depth-oriented therapist in the South Sound can be difficult. Most practices offer short-term, solution-focused work. If you are carrying something that the usual approaches have not reached, the mother wound, attachment trauma, the aftermath of psychedelic experience, or an exhaustion that rest does not touch, you may need a different kind of therapy.
I am a depth therapist in Seattle offering secure telehealth to clients throughout Washington State, including Tacoma, Lakewood, Puyallup, Olympia, and the wider South Sound. You do not need to make the drive to Seattle for therapy that goes deeper.
What I offer
My practice focuses on the mother wound, psychedelic integration, and depth psychotherapy for people whose high-functioning exterior has stopped matching their internal experience. I also work with childhood emotional neglect, anxious attachment, perfectionism, and the grief that has no funeral.
I practice from a relational, psychoanalytically-informed, liberatory feminist lens. This means I take the therapeutic relationship seriously, I am interested in what lives underneath your symptoms, and I will never pretend your suffering is only personal when it is also political.
I am a queer, non-binary therapist. LGBTQIA+ clients are welcome and affirmed.
How telehealth works
Sessions are held via secure, HIPAA-compliant video. You can attend from home, your car, your office, wherever feels private and safe. Many clients find that telehealth actually deepens the work, because they are in their own space rather than an unfamiliar office.
Sessions are $175, held on Fridays, 8 AM to 4 PM. I am out-of-network with insurance and provide superbills for clients with out-of-network benefits.
Areas served
I see telehealth clients throughout Washington State, including Tacoma, Lakewood, Puyallup, University Place, Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Gig Harbor, Federal Way, Auburn, and Kent. If you are in Washington, we can work together.
If something here is resonating, I would welcome a conversation.
