Depth psychotherapy for the Eastside.
For Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and Eastside clients seeking something deeper than coping skills. Secure telehealth throughout Washington State.
If you live or work on the Eastside, you know the particular texture of life here. The tech campuses, the performance culture, the homes that look right and the lives inside them that have started to feel flat. The commute, the stock refreshers, the reorgs. The competence that has become a cage.
I am a depth therapist in Seattle offering secure telehealth to clients throughout Washington State, including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, Issaquah, and Sammamish. You do not need to drive into the city for therapy that takes you seriously.
Why Eastside tech professionals seek depth therapy
The Eastside is home to Microsoft, Meta, Google, Amazon satellite offices, and hundreds of startups. The culture selects for high-achieving, self-reliant people who suppress emotional needs in service of output. When the burnout arrives, it is rarely just about the job. It is the entire survival system reaching its limit.
Most therapists on the Eastside offer CBT, stress management, and coping skills. That work has its place. But if you have already tried the tools and something underneath has not changed, the work you need goes deeper. That is what I offer.
Before I became a therapist, I spent years as a senior technical product manager in enterprise tech. I know what performance calibration feels like. I know the loneliness of being competent at something that does not feed you. You will not have to explain your world to me before we can explore what it is doing to you.
What I specialize in
My practice focuses on the mother wound, psychedelic integration, and the ache underneath high achievement. I also work with childhood emotional neglect, anxious attachment, and people whose competence has been protecting them from something they have not yet named.
I practice from a relational, psychoanalytically-informed, liberatory feminist lens. I am a queer, non-binary therapist. LGBTQIA+ clients are welcome and affirmed.
How telehealth works
Sessions are held via secure, HIPAA-compliant video from wherever you are. Many of my Eastside clients appreciate the privacy and convenience of not having to visit a therapy office, particularly in communities where everyone knows each other. Your session happens in whatever space feels safe to you.
Sessions are $175, held on Fridays, 8 AM to 4 PM. I am out-of-network with insurance and provide superbills for clients with out-of-network benefits.
If something here is resonating, I would welcome a conversation.
