Depth psychotherapy for the Eastside.
For Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and Eastside clients seeking something deeper than coping skills.
If you live or work on the Eastside, you know the particular texture of life here. The tech campuses, the performance culture, the homes that look right and the lives inside them that have started to feel flat.
I am a depth therapist in Seattle offering secure telehealth to clients throughout Washington, including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, Issaquah, and Sammamish.
Why Eastside tech professionals seek depth therapy
The Eastside is home to Microsoft, Meta, Google, Amazon satellite offices, and hundreds of startups. The culture selects for high-achieving, self-reliant people who suppress emotional needs in service of output. When the burnout arrives, it is rarely just about the job.
Before I became a therapist, I spent years as a senior technical product manager in enterprise tech. I know what performance calibration feels like. You will not have to explain your world to me.
What I specialize in
My practice focuses on the mother wound, psychedelic integration, and the ache underneath high achievement. I also work with childhood emotional neglect, anxious attachment, and people whose competence has been protecting them from something they have not yet named.
I am a queer, non-binary therapist practicing from a relational, psychoanalytically-informed, liberatory feminist lens. LGBTQIA+ clients are welcome and affirmed.
How telehealth works
Sessions are held via secure, HIPAA-compliant video. Many Eastside clients appreciate the privacy of not visiting an office, particularly in communities where everyone knows each other.
Sessions are $175, Fridays, 8 AM to 4 PM. Out-of-network with insurance, superbills provided.
If something here is resonating, I would welcome a conversation.
